Jet Set D was one of the most striking stallions to appear in the dressage ring during the stallion testing in 1998 and 1999. He formed an impressive combination with his rider, Nathalie Smeets. He won four of the competitions with a high score of 73%
Jet Set D is the only stallion to score highly in dressage as well as jumping, winning the Category-A jumping in the 1995/1996 season.
His offspring have all done well in testing-circuit. Two daughters (Jet Set D. x Elcaro) and (Jet Set D. x Able Albert) reached the final rounds at the mare testing in Ermelo. His son Jet Stream W. has been approved by the N.R.P.S.
During the pre-judging selections of the stallion testing in 1998/1999, 5 of the 13 sons entered received a refferal to Den Bosch, and 6 were designated as "star." His offspring are all long lined, have well formed heads, and move well.
Jet Set D's father is the well known dressage stallion, Zirkoon. His mother, Escansan is well known in the testing circuit and has many victories to her name. In 1995 Jet Set D. fathered a collection of well developed, uniform, long lined, riding offspring who all trot easily and well.
Jerrita, his daughter, was the champion mare in 2000 at Devon (USA).
