K.I.Ronaldo's father Rubinstein is a Grand Prix level dressage stallion. He has the same bloodlines as the Olympic Champions Rembrandt, Ahlerich and Amon. Rubinstein sired 66 licenced sons, among Ronaldo, Rohdiamant, Royal Diamond, Ruiz Soler and Rubioso N. His grandfather Ramino was performance champion in 1983 in Adelheidsdorf and a five times jumping champion in Italy. There are 3 more impressive stallions to mention. Weltmeister (Gestion Bonfire's grandfather) Cardinal xx and More Magic xx (Voltaire's grandfather). The mother of Ronaldo is the staatspremier Elite mare Carella. Her bloodlines are one of the best in Oldenburg. Rubinstar N. (full brother to Carella) was in 1994 the clear champion performance in Munster-Riem. Two full sisters Cherubina and Charisma were walking in the "Brilliantring"in Rasstede. Ronaldo was champion at the stallion lisencing show in 1997, in Oldenburg. In 1999 he was outstanding at the performance test in Neustadt/Dosse. He recieved 4 times the perfect score of 10 for character and gallop and recieved a 9 for his walk, trot and jumping abilities under the saddle. Because of this he is lisenced and definately accepted in Leistungsklasse I. On the grounds of his exterior, performance and offspring (which were considered "very good" by the Oldenburgse judges) Ronaldo became the Reserve-Champion in Oldenburg.Ronaldo's foals are very exporessive, very free, long lined, big and light easy movers, with super hind end movements. Some foals were sold last year already to Germany and America. There was also a foal sold at the "Prinsjesdag" sale for fl. 30.000,-- (Ronaldo x Bernstein) breeder Mr. Verstegen.
